Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel online or in person — no fees, no questions, no "are you sure" guilt trip.
Do I have to be a member to get full service? +
No. Anyone can walk in for full service, any day we're open — no appointment, no membership required. Exterior members just pay $10 less on every visit.
How does the license plate thing work? +
Your license plate is your membership. Our cameras read your plate at the kiosk and know you as a member — no app, no sticker, nothing to fumble with. (We're quietly building the next thing for members, too. More on that soon.)
What if I get a new car? +
No worries — your membership is tied to your vehicle. Drive in on your temporary tag in the meantime, and when your new plates arrive, update them in the member portal or call in and our assistant Maggie will take care of it.
Is the carwash a touchless wash? +
No — it's a soft-touch tunnel wash. We use best-in-class MacNeil equipment with NeoGlide closed-cell foam: nothing sticks to it, and we maintain it religiously. It's also why we don't take excessively muddy or damaged vehicles — protecting the equipment keeps every wash gentle and clean for the next customer.
Do you wash trucks, SUVs, and modified vehicles? +
Yes — stock trucks and SUVs are no problem, F-250s and F-350s included, as long as the suspension and wheelbase are unmodified and you clear our 7'1" height limit. Beds must be empty with nothing mounted outside — no plows, bike racks, hitch attachments, or open tailgates. Lowered cars are case by case: if it's too low for a speed bump, it's probably too low for us, so staff will check clearance first (roughly four inches minimum).
A few we flat-out cannot wash: the Ford Raptor, RAM TRX, Hummer EV, and Hummer H1 are too wide for our tunnel — no exceptions. And by manufacturer recommendation we skip the Corvette C8, too — those side intake vents aren't meant for a tunnel wash.
For our modified-car friends who speak the language: the widest we comfortably fit is about a 325-section tire — roughly 12.8 inches. We're car people ourselves, so we won't run any chemistry we wouldn't put on our own paint, and our conveyor guide rails are wrapped in wheel-safe protectors — you can ride your rims right against them and your car won't feel a thing. (We'd still rather you didn't, though.)

- Maximum height 7'1", with stock suspension and wheelbase.
- The Ford Raptor, RAM TRX, Hummer EV, and Hummer H1 are too wide for our tunnel — we cannot wash them. No exceptions.
- By manufacturer recommendation, the Chevrolet Corvette C8 isn't suited to a tunnel wash (its side intake vents) — we'd sit that one out.
- Very low cars, too — if it's too low for a speed bump, it's probably too low for us. Lowered vehicles are case-by-case; staff will check clearance first.
- No plows, open tailgates, bike racks, hitch attachments, or similar add-ons.
- Truck beds must be empty. Anything left in the bed is the customer's responsibility.
- Modified vehicles, vehicles with aftermarket parts or accessories, and vehicles older than five years enter at their own risk.
